How do I create a new CV?
From your dashboard, click 'New CV' to start from scratch, or 'Import CV' to upload an existing PDF. Our AI will extract the content and structure it for you.
How many CVs can I create?
On the free plan, you can create unlimited CVs. AI operations (translations, enhancements, suggestions) are limited to 10 per month.
How do translations work?
Once you have a CV, you can create a translation by clicking 'Create Translation' and selecting the target language. Our AI will translate all content while preserving the structure.
What are 'specializations'?
Specializations are versions of your CV tailored for specific roles or industries. For example, you can create a version emphasizing technical skills for engineering roles.
How do I export my CV?
Open your CV and click the download button in the preview pane. You can export as PDF. Choose from multiple templates (Classic, Modern, Compact, Executive).
What happens when I reach my AI limit?
When you've used all 10 AI operations for the month, you'll see a message indicating your limit has been reached. Your limit resets at the start of each month.
How do organizations work?
Organizations let you collaborate with a team. Create an organization, invite members, and share CVs. Admins can manage members and view activity logs.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections, secure authentication, and row-level security. Your data is stored in secure data centers with automatic daily backups and point-in-time recovery capability. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How is my data backed up?
Your data is automatically backed up daily with 7-day retention. We also support point-in-time recovery. You can export all your data at any time from Settings > Data & Privacy. We recommend periodically downloading a backup of your CVs as JSON files for personal archival.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including CVs, organizations, and usage history.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data. This downloads all your data as a JSON file (GDPR compliant).
